In this series, I’m going to share some prayers that came from spontaneous prayer inspired by my encounters with Jesus in the Bible, the stories of the Saints’ lives, and the stories of approved Apparitions, then condensed and solidified over time. I’m not saying these are prayers that you have to pray. When you read it, you will feel whether or not it resonates with you or not. Only pray the ones you feel draw you closer to God. I’ve verified with my Spiritual Director that they don’t contain any heresies or issues, but still defer to the magisterium of the Church in all matters.
Prayer to Exchange Love with the Sacred Hearts
O Jesus, our Beloved, we offer You our heart. Please accept it, heal it, and make it pleasing to You. In exchange, please give us Your Most Sacred Heart. Let Yours be the one that beats in our chest. Let our every thought, word, and deed be You thinking, speaking, and acting through us.
Mary, Our Lady of Good Success*, we offer you our heart. Please accept it, heal it, and make it pleasing to Jesus. In exchange, please give us your Immaculate Heart. Let yours be the one that beats in our chest. Let our every thought, word, and deed be you thinking, speaking, and acting through us.
St. Joseph, Terror of Demons*, we offer you our heart. By Jesus’ Divine Mercy, please accept it, heal it, and make it pleasing to Jesus. In exchange, please give us your most Chaste Heart. Let yours be the one that beats in our chest. Let our every thought, word, and deed be you thinking, speaking, and acting through us.
*Choose whichever titles for Our Lady and St Joseph that you feel closest too.
